Great garden area!

I had an awesome time relaxing by the pool, enjoying the ice-cold beers they provided for free! The restaurant next door had the freshest seafood I’ve ever tasted, but be aware that the view from the sea view deluxe room was partially blocked by an outdoor structure.

Exceptionally convenient location right across from the beach, making it perfect for enjoying the vibrant local atmosphere. The staff offered supportive service when I needed to change to a ground floor room due to my knee pain, showcasing their attentiveness. The swimming pool was clean and inviting, providing a refreshing escape any time of the day. However, the absence of cable TV channels made evening downtime a bit lacking, and the small size of the pool could feel crowded during peak hours.

I had a fantastic stay! The pool was a lovely spot to unwind in the morning, and the restaurant next door served some of the freshest seafood I've ever had. While the bed was a bit hard, I still enjoyed my clean and comfortable room a lot. I'd definitely return!

More accessible seating in dining areas would help.

The fried fish was an absolute hit, fresh from the ocean to my plate. Plus, the location couldn't be better—just a hop to the beach and Bangla Road! The staff was super friendly and genuinely helpful, making my stay even better.

Nighttime can be a bit of a party with Bangla Road's tunes blaring, so definitely pack some earplugs. Plus, there's no lift, and some room details could use a little polish.

Perfect location for the beach and nightlife

I stayed for 4 nights in a Safari Deluxe Double or Twin Room and really enjoyed the proximity to Patong Beach and Bangla Road. The hotel had a lovely pool area, and my room was always clean and comfortable, with daily fresh towels and a mini bar that was restocked. The staff were super friendly and accommodating, making my stay even more enjoyable. However, the bed was a bit harder than I prefer, which is common in Thailand.

The location is fantastic, just steps away from the beach and local restaurants, perfect for those looking to enjoy the vibrant nightlife. The staff were incredibly helpful, even upgrading our room to the ground floor at no extra cost when I requested it due to knee pain. However, the shower pressure was disappointing, and the toilet required multiple flushes. Additionally, the room cleanliness left a bit to be desired, as I encountered a cockroach during my stay.
